"Referral worked, but it took a while"
I did get the referral bonus in the end, but it showed up later than I expected. I was already feeling mentally drained, so having to wait and check in on it made the whole thing feel more frustrating than it probably should have. Support was okay and eventually helped, but I wish the process had been a bit smoother

"Alerts come through fast enough"
Most of my transaction notifications show up quickly, which is good because I really don’t have the patience to sit around wondering if something went through. It did miss one alert once, which was annoying, but overall they’ve been fast.

"Nice cashback and rewards so far"
I’ve been using redotpay.com for a few weeks now, it’s been a decent experience. I mainly signed up because of the cashback, and so far it’s been doing what I hoped it would.

The rewards aren’t life-changing or anything, but they show up without a bunch of hassle, which I appreciate. It’s just nice when a service keeps things straightforward and actually gives people a fair little benefit for using it.
The app has been easy enough for me to use, and my payments have gone through fine so far. No major issues on my end, and as long as they keep treating customers decently and keeping things clear, I’m happy to keep using it.

"Decent, but a little limiting"
It’s okay overall. As someone who likes having control over how I manage my money, the spending limits and random restrictions can get annoying. It’s not bad by any means, but I was expecting it to feel a bit more flexible than it does.

"It Worked… After a Little Suspense"
It did what it was supposed to do, but the activation took its sweet time. For a minute there, I was staring at my screen like I was waiting for some grand reveal in a movie. Eventually it kicked in and everything worked fine, but the slow start definitely had me questioning things for a bit.

"Got it sorted, but support was a bit slow"
I had to reach out to RedotPay support because I was having an issue with my account verification. To be fair, they did reply and the person I spoke with was polite, so that part was fine. It just took longer than I expected, haha. I waited more than a day to get a clear answer and ended up sending a follow-up message too. They did fix it in the end, which I appreciate, but I do think the support could be faster. Not a terrible experience, but not amazing either. 3 stars feels about right for me.

"Pretty smooth overall, just a small ID hiccup"
Account verification was mostly fine, though I did have to upload my ID twice before it went through. Support got back to me and was helpful enough, just not as quick as I’ve had with some competitors. Still, compared to a few other services I’ve used, the process wasn’t too bad overall

"I found the app easy…"
I found the app easy to get started with. Setup didn’t take long, and I wasn’t stuck digging through a bunch of confusing menus, which I really appreciated. Sending things and checking updates felt straightforward enough that I could see myself using it regularly. It’s one of those apps that doesn’t try to overcomplicate things, and that makes a difference when you just want to get something done and move on with your day.

"Network support feels way too limited"
I tried sending on the chain I normally use and found out it’s not supported, which was frustrating. It feels like one of those annoying policy loopholes where they technically say they support multiple networks, but then the one you actually need isn’t included. Just made the whole thing harder to use than it should be

"Transaction History Could Be Clearer"
The transaction history is confusing. You’d think it would be easy to see what each charge was for, but some of the details are so vague that I had to guess. It’s frustrating because this should be basic stuff when you’re looking back at your own transactions.

"I signed up expecting the physical card to..."
I signed up expecting the physical card to show up quickly, but it’s been weeks and there’s still nothing in the mail. I’m careful about where my money goes, so paying or signing up for something and then not getting the card is really frustrating. Hopefully they sort out the delivery issue soon.

"Virtual card is a bit of a pain"
This virtual card was kind of a mess. It worked here and there, but way too many online payments just randomly failed like some dumb glitchy nonsense. And support? Took absolutely ages to get back to me. Frustrating experience overall.

"Balance feels a bit unreliable after paying"
After I make a payment, I don’t fully trust the balance right away because it sometimes takes a while to update. Most of the time it ends up looking correct, but that delay makes me second-guess whether the payment actually went through or if the balance is off.

"Mobile wallet setup was a hassle for me"
I tried adding my card to my mobile wallet, but it kept failing and I couldn’t really tell why. Support did reply, which I appreciated, but their response didn’t help much in my case. The app works fine for me sometimes, but this particular part was frustrating.

"My plans got messed up by the limited coin support"
Redotpay works alright overall, but the limited crypto support kind of ruined what I was planning to do. I already had a few coins ready to use, thinking I’d be able to move things around easily, and then found out they’re not even supported. If you’re only using the big main coins, it’s probably fine, but for me it was frustrating and threw off my whole plan.
